As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with nurses and other health professionals to support patients with daily living tasks, personal care, mobility, and emotional wellbeing. Your role is essential in creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals receive the respect and quality care they deserve.

• Assist patients with personal care, hygiene, and grooming
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement around facilities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Record observations and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Follow care plans and work collaboratively with clinical staff

• Genuine compassion and desire to support others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sensitive environment
• Reliable, patient, and able to follow instructions
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
• Previous experience in health care or support roles
• Basic first aid and CPR certification
