BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to deliver client centred care across Stanthorpe and surrounding areas. You will conduct intake, assess needs, and develop personalised care plans aligned with each client's goals.

In this role you will perform home visits, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate transport and shopping support. You'll use CRM/CMS to keep records current and participate in ongoing care planning with the team.
