BlueCare in Mackay is seeking a Personal Carer Trainee to provide in-community care, improving clients' independence and quality of life. You'll visit clients in their homes, assist with daily tasks and follow each person's care plan.

The program offers fully funded Certificate III while you work, with a paid traineeship and travel reimbursements. This is a permanent part-time role supporting local families.
