Montefiore is seeking motivated Home Care Workers to provide individualized aged care support in Lower North Shore, NSW. The role covers personal care, companionship, domestic duties, meal prep, and escorting clients to appointments, with shifts Monday to Sunday.

Ideal candidates have active experience in aged care, flexibility for weekdays and weekends, and a Certificate III in Individual or Disability Support. A vehicle and insurance are helpful as travels may be required.

Help at Home by Montefiore is seeking motivated, caring and committed individuals to work with exclusive private clients who require additional support beyond their family and friends' network in and around the Lower North Shore.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Personal Care
• Companionship
• Domestic Care
• Meal Preparation
• Social support and companionship
• Chaperone to appointments

To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience supporting clients in an Aged Care setting
• Available during the week and on weekends
• Covid-19 Vaccine recommended but not Mandatory
• Available for an immediate start
• Reliable and consistent
• Own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
• Previous experience with Hoists / Transfers
• Previous experience with clients of complex needs
• Previous experience in Bowel Care
• Certificate III in Individual Support - or similar
• Certificate III in Disability Support - or similar
• Be available for shifts Monday to Sunday
• First AId Certificate
